BlueUGC collects the following information when you use our platform and Chrome extension:
- Twitter/X account information (handle, profile, follower count) via OAuth
- Task completion data (submissions, timestamps)
- Wallet addresses for USDT withdrawals
- Browser engagement data (time spent on task-related content) via our Chrome extension
2. How We Use Your Data
- Verify task completion and prevent fraud
- Process USDT reward payments
- Improve platform features and user experience
- Communicate important account updates
3. Chrome Extension Data
Our Chrome extension collects:
- Browsing activity on x.com/twitter.com only: Time spent viewing task-related tweets
- Engagement actions: Likes, retweets, and follows related to BlueUGC tasks
We do NOT collect: passwords, DMs, personal messages, browsing history on other sites, or any data unrelated to BlueUGC tasks.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Data is only shared with:
- Brand partners (anonymized task completion stats only)
- Payment processors (wallet addresses for USDT transfers)
5. Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Authentication tokens are hashed. We use rate limiting, firewalls, and regular security audits to protect your data.
6. Your Rights
You can request data deletion by contacting support@blueugc.com. You can disconnect your Twitter account and revoke extension access at any time.
